Our investigations unit investigates allegations of malfeasance by any customer‑facing auto business in the state of New Jersey. Where we find evidence of wrongdoing, we undertake a comprehensive effort on behalf of our members including:
- Ombudsman outreach and liaising with the vendor
- Public awareness efforts
- Outreach to policymakers
- Advocacy for swift policy changes
